7:00 AM Tuesday and Thursday - Wake Up Roberta
Join our Bert as she takes us through an ever changing routine. Every class is a new experience complete with themes as the seasons come and go. She even has music for Ground Hog Day. (Hint: It's from the movie.)
8:15 AM Monday, Wednesday and Friday - Pilates with Monica
Monica is our own Red Hot Chili Pepper. If we could bottle her energy and sell it on Ebay, we could retire. Strengthen your core, lengthen your muscles, and shape your body using all Monica's tricks and "toys".
8:30 AM Saturday - Extreme Fitness with Alice
Here's a great way to ramp up your fitness regime. Alice combines sports training drills and moves with powerful lower body strengthening exercises to create a heart pumping hour of fun. Toss in a few bad jokes and some local gossip and your morning is complete.
9:30 AM Tuesday/Thursday - Lower/Upper Body Challenge with John
This wildly popular class is filled with more moves than your senior prom. John has put together a challenging and effective strength training routine using an arsenal of resistance tools.
9:30 AM Saturday - Full Body Challenge with John
Same fun guy, same fun moves only here he mixes it up to give you the best of both classes. Come early though, this class is very popular too.
11:00 AM Tuesday and Thursday - Masters Tone with John
If you're chronologically superior or just starting out, this is the class for you. John takes it down a notch so newbies, old-bies, and folks with injuries can reap the many benefits of gentle exercise.
11:00 AM Saturday - Weight Room Clinic with John
Although this class is $7.50 extra, it's well worth it. Come experience group personal training in the weight room with five or six of your closest friends. John is there to answer your fitness questions while leading you through a balanced program.
12:00 Noon Monday, Wednesday and Friday - Low Fat Lunch with Yvette
Instead of wolfing down that burger and fries in the drive through, join Yvette for one hour of sweat-flinging, calorie-burning step aerobics. Finish it off with her abs and stretch for dessert and you're good to go!
3:30 PM Tuesday and Thursday - Yoga with Tino
This class is actually a blend of Yoga, Pilates and just plain Tino. Anyone can participate and feel wonderful as he glides you through graceful moves designed for every part of your body. This class is also $5.00 extra.
4:30 PM Monday and Wednesday - Step and Abs with Yvette
There's nothing like a plain old fashioned step class to keep your fitness regimen on track. Yvette takes you through a variety of choreographed moves and occasionally adds some strength intervals just to keep it interesting.
4:30 PM Tuesday and Thursday - Belly Up with Tino
And no, we don't mean to the bar. This class is designed for upper body strength and sculpting as only Tino can do it.
5:30 PM Monday and Wednesday - Salsa Aerobics with Monica
Salsa! Top off your day with this spicy cardio work out lead by our own fiery Chiquita, Miss Monica. After the hips quit shaking and the music cools, you will experience gliding at its best. What is gliding you ask? Come see for yourself!
5:30 PM Tuesday and Thursday - Steppin' with Monica
This is not your average step class however. As usual Monica brings her own special brand of energy and excitement to the room. And of course, there will be some Latin influence.
6:30 PM Wednesday - Pilates with Monica
This chica just doesn't quit! Using every tool known to fitness instructors she will stretch you strengthen you and just plain delight you.
7-8 PM Beginners 8-9 PM Experienced Friday - Salsa with Lucy and Leon
You loved it in class but now you want to learn the real thing. No problem! Lucy and Leon are experienced dance instructors frequently attending dance camps and workshops to keep abreast of all the new moves. This class is open to members and non-members alike for a fee of $6.00 per class.
7:00 PM Sunday - Ballroom Dance with Lucy and Lean or Ilsa and Deiter
Now that ballroom is back in style come learn the tango, the meringue, and maybe even the cha cha. This class is also open to members and non-members alike for a fee of $3.00.
